WHAT DOES IT COST?

Depending on the transaction, GPS may seek to collect a service fee from any or all of the
following: buyer, homeowner/seller, investors, and/or lenders. GPS believes in a FULL
DISCLOSURE of all funds. As such we are happy to be able to share with you the following
breakdown of potential GPS Proceeds...

HOMEOWNER'S:
If you feel you need GPS's assistance, we'd be happy to try to help you. You can visit the "Options for working with GPS" page to learn more
about your alternatives. For now, please understand that we believe our fees are very reasonable for the value we provide. In addition,
any
money you pay to GPS is held in a third-party bank escrow account and cannot be removed by GPS until such time as we
complete the tasks you request as defined in our Payment Terms

If GPS approves your case and you want to proceed forward, then the cost to the homeowner will depend on what type of assistance
you are requesting from GPS:
A) If you want to SELL YOUR HOME
via short sale or wholesale to an investor, the cost is quite minimal - simply a $299 Processing Fee for
the Primary Lender. If you have additional lenders, then it's simply another $199 Processing for each additional lender. Please understand that
short sales are a very time consuming and complex negotiations process, as a result, in a short sale, GPS will seek to earn additional service fees
in the form of a "Loss Mitigation Fee"
to be paid out of the Lender Proceeds via Seller Concessions. (You as the Seller are NOT expected to
pay this). The amount of this fee is 3% of the short sale contract price (rounded down to the nearest $100) or $3000 (whichever is greater).

B) If you want GPS to negotiate a Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure, the cost is a flat fee equal to one month's mortgage payment. (minimum
$1000).
C) If you want to SAVE YOUR HOME from a number of workout assistance options that may be available,the cost is a flat fee based upon
the amount of your CURRENT monthly loan payment as follows:
Current Monthly Loan Payment                GPS Loan Mod Fee
$0 to 2000                                              $1000
$2001 to 5000                                         $2000                
$5001 and above                                     $4000

In addition, while the industry average success ratio for Workout Assistance (ie Saving your Home) is over 90%, if for some reason, GPS is
unsuccessful in securing one of these options for you, then you will receive a refund of your payment less any Processing Fees already earned.

BUYERS/LENDERS:
GPS Fees in a short sale are expected to be paid by Seller Concessions (out of Lender Proceeds), therefore GPS Short Sale transactions are
structured such that even though the GPS Fees will appear on the BUYER’s side of the HUD, these fees are offset by the Seller’s Concessions
(from the Seller’s Lenders) which appear on the Seller’s Side of the HUD. What this means is that
GPS Fees are essentially paid by the Seller’s
Lenders as a “closing cost”
– as a result, normally there should be NO cost to the Buyer for having GPS negotiate the short sale.   

It is important to note that GPS does NOT get paid these fee unless we can secure an Approval Letter for the Buyer's Offer, therefore GPS has a
strong incentive to ensure that lenders will provide an Approval! To learn more, including seeing an example of a standard transaction,

GPS fees appear where applicable (on contract addendums, referral agreements, and/or the HUD). All GPS fees fully disclosed and all parties
must agree in writing in advance.
GPS purposefully attempts to keep its fees to a reasonable amount -- we are proud of the services we offer
and we believe the VALUE our clients receive more than offsets any small payments to GPS. Let us prove it to you too!    

*All Fees are subject to change without notice at GPS's discretion, however any change to Fee Schedule will NOT affect deals currently in
progress. GPS always endeavors to deal fairly and with full disclosure with all our clients.

INVESTORS:
If a GPS investor is involved in the purchase of the property, GPS will likely receive a share of the investment proceeds -- this could be a
substantial amount of money, depending on any subsequent deals.

REALTORS:
GPS is not a real estate brokerage organization. Thus, while GPS regularly works in partnership with Realtors to help them help their clients, GPS
does NOT collect or pay real estate commissions. Bottom line: there is no charge for a Realtor to work with GPS.

Regardless of how much or how little GPS may earn, the primary mission of the company remains the same: to ensure that Homeowners
are given the opportunity to earn a fresh start in life by finding relief from their current pending property problem.
It is GPS's opinion that if we
can provide that benefit to the Homeowner (in addition to helping Realtors, Lenders, and Buyers in the process as well), then GPS should have
