GPS REO Liquidations - INVESTOR LEVELS

To make it easier to service the needs of our clients, many REO/Note Sourcing Organizations like GPS use an "Investor Level" system
to  classify buyers.

Level 1 Investors have the capital capacity to purchase $50 million and higher pools. Generally one would expect to be
dealing with a Hedge Fund, Syndicate, or other large Institutional Buyer Group.  These investors will usually look to split their pools and
resell them to Level 2 and 3 Investors.
*Remember, we find that most pools over $50million have already been shopped with all the normal heavy hitters. Truthfully, if you
have access to more than $50million in funds, you should be able to get direct access to any bank you choose by simply giving them a
call and telling them of your desires. Now, if for some reason you have tried this and you are not able to accomplish this, then either
you have a problem with your current buyer’s team or you are not speaking to the right people. By all means, we’d love to represent
you for deals at this level and above so please call us and let’s talk!

Level 2 Investors have the capacity to purchase pools from $10 million to $50 million. Once again, we'd expect to deal here
with a Hedge Fund, Syndicate, Institutional Buyer Group, or other large individual investor. These investors will normally be able to split
their pool and resell to Tier 3.
*Level 2 Investors are the primary group which GPS seeks to service since most of the portfolios we get fall in this range. If this

Level 3 investors are qualified to purchase pools from $1 million to $10 million and normally are either individuals or small
groups of buyers who are seeking to either buy/hold their new assets or else split their pool and resell to other retail buyers.

What are some possible Exit Strategies?
Should you choose to take part in these bulk offerings, there are many ways for you to capitalize on your venture:
--buy the properties and hold them for rentals.
--sell them via one of our online auction platforms
--work with GPS and our Realtor Affiliates to flip the properties again and re-liquidate into smaller blocks for other wholesalers.
--work with GPS and our Realtor Affiliates to flip the properties to retail buyers; arranging for seller financing with a portion of the
magical excess margin you just created for yourself!
--do something else of your own design.
