-Investor Profile Sheet - provides a general overview of the types of assets you are looking for

-Non-Compete/Non-Disclosure Form - provides assurances to all signatories that no parties will attempt to cut another party out of the
deal or release confidential information to non-authorized parties without the consent of all parties.

-Buyer's Representative Form - Buyer authorizes GPS to shop for product on their behalf and sets expectations of both the Buyer and
GPS.

-Letter of Interest - sample of a form which Buyer will provide to Seller to confirm their intent on a specific asset offering.

-Initial Proof of Funds Capacity - sample of a form available for Buyer to use to help Seller gain confidence that Buyer has the financial
capacity to close.

-Master Fee Agreement - spells out specifically how all agents and representatives involved in between the buyer and seller will be paid
upon closing.
