GPS Service Fees:
At GPS, we believe our fees are both fair and reasonable. See for yourself what "GPS VALUE" is all about!
• File Processing Fee: $199 GPS collects a Processing Fee upfront to cover basic file start-up costs (such as priority mailing charges,
administrative assistance, etc).
• Loss Mitigation Service Fee: If GPS performs loss mitigation on your behalf, then GPS will seek to receive a "Loss Mitigation
Service Fee". It is important to note that GPS does NOT get paid this fee unless the deal closes , therefore GPS has a strong incentive to
bring you files which you can Approve! All GPS fees are fully disclosed and all parties must agree in writing in advance -- there are no
hidden charges or back-door fees.
• Non Pre-Foreclosure Loss Mitigation:
The value of “one month’s mortgage interest payment” (minimum $495).
• Pre-Foreclosure Sale:

GPS fees appear where applicable (on contract addendums, referral agreements, and/or the HUD). GPS Loss Mitigation Service Fees are a
charge to the lender's net on the Seller's Side of the HUD. GPS purposefully attempts to keep its fees to a reasonable amount -- we are
proud of the services we offer and we believe the VALUE our clients receive more than offsets any small payments to GPS. Let us prove
